Dear Parent/Carer,
Please see below an update for the upcoming week at school. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to respond to our Vision, Values and Aims questionnaire. It remains below in case you still wish to respond. We have had lots of excellent and insightful feedback from pupils, staff and parents.
Primary and Secondary parents will also have received a questionnaire from Education Scotland ahead of the school's HMIE inspection. We would encourage you to respond before the deadline of 7th March.
After the celebrations of Seachdain ns Gaidhlig this week, we are celebrating World Book Day this week on 6th March. There is a link below to a document detailing all that's going on for World Book Day, including the Book Fair, which will be in school from 3rd March to 10th March.

Lèirsinn
A’ dèanamh ionnsachadh còmhla, a’ fàs còmhla, agus a’ soirbheachadh còmhla – ann an coimhearsnachd shàbhailte, in-ghabhalach agus cùramach, le spèis don chànan, don dualchas agus don chultar Ghàidhlig.
Luachan agus Amasan
Obair-sgioba – Brosnaichidh sinn dàimhean adhartach is cùramach, agus bidh sinn ag obair còmhla gus taic a thoirt dha chèile airson soirbheachas.
Spèis – Tha sinn a’ sealltainn spèis dha chèile, don sgoil againn, agus don àrainneachd, gus am bi a h-uile duine a’ faireachdainn sàbhailte, luachmhor agus gabhail a-steach.
Àrd-amas – Bidh sinn a’ cur dùil àrd rinn fhèin, ag amas air ionnsachadh is teagaisg àrd-inbhe, agus a’ strì airson a h-uile duine a bhith a’ coileanadh an làn chomas.
Coimhearsnachd – Tha sinn a’ cur luach air agus a’ brosnachadh ar cànan is cultar Gàidhlig mar phàirt de choimhearsnachd ionnsachaidh.
Misneachd – Bidh sinn a’ togail misneachd nar n-ionnsachadh agus nar comasan, a’ brosnachadh a chèile gus gabhail ris na sgilean a tha sinn a’ leasachadh, agus gus tuigse fhaighinn air ar còraichean is an cur an cèill.
Coibhneas – Bidh sinn a’ coimhead às dèidh a chèile agus an t-saoghail mun cuairt oirnn gus àrainneachd shàbhailte, fhàilteach agus in-ghabhalach a chruthachadh airson ionnsachadh agus leasachadh

Term 3
We would highly recommend that pupils attend as many of these study support classes as possible, as it will assist with consolidation of existing course work and lead to improvements in pupils overall academic achievement and progress at school.
As part of the study support programme, we will provide all pupils attending
the after-school sessions with a healthy snack.
Please note that we are not able to arrange transport for pupils returning home. However, if transportation is a barrier to your child attending then please do get in touch with Mr Johnson to discuss this matter further.
